Synopsis: The documentary “Peter Nagel“ portrays the work of 1941 born Northern German painter based in Kiel. The film approaches his realistic art in a playful, but also sensible way. We meet the painter, one of the founding members of the group „Zebra“, through his paintings, the eyes of children and annotations of companions. We experience how Peter Nagel, en passant, communicates the making of (his) art.
